SHIPPING POLICY
Thomas M. Schneider only ships within the United States of America and to limited countries outside of the United States. International orders could be subject to extra handling charges, shipping rates, and taxes all of which are the responsibility and paid for by the customer. These fees will be assessed and shown to you prior to completing your order. In other instances, shipping and handling will be a charged as a flat fee.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped. This email will contain confirmation of shipment.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You may return a purchase or a portion of a purchase made with Thomas M. Schneider within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned with original packaging. You must contact Thomas M. Schneider to receive an RMA number prior to returning an item. Please clearly write the RMA number on the return package. Your money will be refunded once we have received the product and ensured its legitimacy. Please allow up to 30 days for your money to be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping and handling fee for your purchase:CANCEL ORDERS
After which you have confirmed an order with Thomas M. Schneider BEFORE we ship out your product (during Processing Time); you can cancel or change an order still active with us for any reason, no questions ask. Contact us via email to confirm such cancellation with your order number during Processing Time. In case your order cannot be cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, you can return the product when it arrives at your provided physical address. (Read the Limited 30-Day Warranty)
Thomas M. Schneider reserves the right to adjust our shipping and return policy at any time.
WARRANTIES
LIMITED 30-DAY WARRANTY
All products offered by Thomas M. Schneider will accompany a 30-day limited warranty with them. The limited warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only. The validity of using the product’s warranty for exchange is solely at Thomas M. Schneider's discretion. The warranty is not extended to excessive wear and tear due to physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. All products returned must be purchased from Thomas M. Schneider. Any repair or attempts to repair by you or third-parties or someone who is not authorized by Thomas M. Schneider will void this warranty. Thomas M. Schneider reserves the right to adjust this warranty at any time.
